Adina Shipping Services Is Officially Registered in Malaysia

Adina Shipping Services is officially registered in Malaysia. Our logistics and tank operations continue, Singapore remains central to our business, and a three-year roadmap sets out our expansion direction.

We are pleased to announce that Adina Shipping Services is officially registered in Malaysia, under registration number 202603269284 (IP0633887-X). This is an important step in the next chapter of our business: a deliberate expansion of our regional presence and a foundation for our long-term ambition to establish our headquarters in Malaysia.

For customers and partners: Our logistics and tank operations will continue without interruption. We will continue to operate in Singapore.

What this means for the services you rely on

The Malaysian registration gives Adina a stronger base from which to plan its next stage of growth. It does not, by itself, change how an existing shipment is coordinated or how an existing tank storage requirement is managed. Vessel planning, cargo movement, storage coordination, monitoring, and the day-to-day attention given to each assignment remain in place.

Singapore continues to be an essential part of that work. We will maintain our operating presence there and continue serving customers, suppliers, and partners connected to Singapore’s maritime and logistics ecosystem. As we develop our Malaysian presence, we intend to keep the routes, relationships, and operational knowledge built around Singapore active and useful to our customers.

We understand that continuity matters most when a business announces a major change. Our approach is to grow in stages while protecting the quality of existing service. Any future change that affects a customer’s specific arrangements will be communicated directly, with enough time to plan together. The announcement today is a statement of direction, not a request for customers to change how they work with us.

Why Malaysia, and why now?

Malaysia is a natural place for Adina to invest in its future. Its position alongside major Southeast Asian trade lanes, its close connection with Singapore, and the breadth of its maritime and industrial economy make it a practical base for a more connected regional business. Registration allows us to begin building the structure needed to assess opportunities carefully, develop local relationships, and coordinate growth over time.

Our ambition reaches beyond a change of address. We want Adina to become better equipped to connect shipping, cargo handling, and tank storage needs across markets while keeping the direct, accountable service our customers expect. That will take disciplined work: understanding each market’s requirements, choosing partners carefully, strengthening internal systems, and adding capacity only where it improves reliability and customer outcomes.

Malaysia is also where we ultimately intend to place our corporate headquarters. We see that as a phased goal rather than an overnight move. The timing and scope of any transition will depend on operational readiness, applicable requirements, and our ability to preserve seamless service in both Malaysia and Singapore.

An illustrative three-year roadmap

The milestones below describe our current direction from October 2026 through September 2029. They are planning targets, not announcements that new facilities, services, or a headquarters move have already been completed. We will share confirmed decisions as they are made.

Year one: establish the foundation (October 2026–September 2027)

Our first priority is to put the right structure around the Malaysian registration. We aim to complete the practical corporate and operating work needed for a durable local presence, map the requirements that apply to any future activity, and build relationships with relevant customers, service providers, and potential partners. At the same time, we will review how our Singapore operations and emerging Malaysian presence can coordinate enquiries, planning, documentation, and customer communication consistently.

The measure of progress in this first year is readiness: clearer processes, responsible oversight, a well-defined set of opportunities, and uninterrupted delivery of existing logistics and tank work. We will not treat a larger footprint as progress if it weakens service quality or safety.

Year two: develop regional connections (October 2027–September 2028)

With the foundation in place, we expect to evaluate where a stronger Malaysian presence could make a practical difference for customers. That may include partnerships in transport and storage, closer coordination around regional cargo flows, and selected opportunities to improve how vessel, terminal, and tank requirements are planned together. Each opportunity would be assessed for commercial value, operational fit, safety, and the requirements of the location involved.

We also intend to strengthen the systems behind that work: clearer handovers between teams, more consistent visibility into assignments, and a reliable way to scale customer support. Where additional people or capabilities are needed, growth should follow demonstrated demand rather than precede it. Singapore operations will remain active throughout this stage.

Year three: prepare the next operating model (October 2028–September 2029)

By the third year, our aim is to have enough experience and evidence to decide how a Malaysia-based headquarters should be established. If the business, our customers, and the applicable requirements are ready, we would begin a phased transition of appropriate corporate functions to Malaysia. Operational responsibilities would be mapped carefully so that customers continue to know whom to contact and how their work is managed.

Singapore will remain part of the operating model we are building. A future headquarters in Malaysia is intended to strengthen our regional reach while preserving the Singapore presence and expertise that support current services. We will set and communicate any formal transition timetable only when the details are confirmed.

Building forward, together

This registration marks a meaningful milestone for Adina Shipping Services, and it gives us a clear platform for the work ahead. We are grateful to the customers, partners, and colleagues whose trust has brought us to this point. Our commitment is to keep earning that trust through dependable logistics and tank operations as we expand our reach.

We look forward to sharing concrete progress as each stage takes shape. For now, our teams remain ready to support your shipping, cargo, and storage requirements in Singapore and across the markets we serve.
